If you need to ship the device outside EU, we advice to use as shipment address the location you have in Europe and then re-ship it by yourself contacting directly DHL or Fedex (in case for shipment to USA)

Once you send the request, you will be contacted for the final approval. It is not possible to cancel CTO orders once are submitted
